Three federal states, unique biker pleasure

The famous Großglockner High Alpine Road is one of the most beautiful panoramic roads in Europe, maybe even in the world. Bikers appreciate the gentle arches that lead meter by meter to the highest mountain in Austria and connect three federal states – Salzburg, Tyrol and Carinthia. Our mountain inn is your base for an unforgettable motorcycle tour on the Grossglockner.

This is the Grossglockner King’s Tour

Are you ready for 320 exciting and varied kilometers? Enjoy great driving fun on well-developed roads starting in Heiligenblut am Großglockner in Carinthia. The motorcycle takes you over 36 hairpin bends up the mountain to the Kaiser-Franz-Josefs-Höhe and on to the Edelweiß-Spitze, the highest point of the tour. Via the descent into the Fuscher valley, you continue to Lake Zell and the Salzach valley in the direction of East Tyrol. After Lienz it finally goes back towards Heiligenblut via the Gailbergsattel, the Drautal and the Mölltal.
