On a motorcycle along the Nockalm road

Unique tour of the Nocky Mountains

This motorbike tour leads from the Großglockner to another exciting panoramic road, which is characterized by a particularly large number of curves. If you want to conquer the Nockalm Road by motorbike, you should be in good physical condition and, above all, have plenty of time, because the 330-360 km involve countless hairpin bends and a driving time of seven to eight hours. Sounds like an exciting challenge, right?

Nockalm meets motorcycle

Away from the Grossglockner High Alpine Road and into the Mölltal, framed by the Hohe Tauern and the Kreuzeck Group. After Spittal and Gmünd with the western tip of Lake Millstatt, you take the motorbike to the Nockalm Road. Almost 34 exciting kilometers lead over 52 wide hairpin bends through the grassy cams, accompanied by breathtaking views of the wide valley. After a break at the Turracher See, a short detour to Styria is on the program before heading back to Bruck and towards the Großglockner via the Murtal, the Radstädter Tauern and the intricate Dientner Saddle. Alternatively, dare a no less spectacular detour into the Gastein Valley on your return journey.
